This cozy studio apartment sleeps two perfectly and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in our renovated garage studio apartment, adjacent to the main house with a separate entrance and private fenced patio. The Studio is complete with office workspace/small dining table for two, full sized bed. You'll be close to all of the great amenities of Sarasota, and within 3-5 miles to Siesta and Lido beaches and blocks away from Arlington pool. Come and catch the cozy studio vibes!

The space
The interior is perfectly sized for one or two guests with a very functional layout. You’ll have a full sized bed, one full bathroom with shower, living room area, and kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator. There isn’t an oven or stove but we have a toaster oven, electric fry pan, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and basic kitchen utensils. The interior space is cooled with a window air conditioner unit. The outdoor space is secluded with a fenced little patio area complete with seating and perfect for lounging!
